Ascend by Lynsy was founded by Lynsy Knight, a sober woman of nine years and certified addictions counsellor passionate about transforming women's lives. Based in Alberta, Canada, Lynsy combines her lived experience with professional training to create a safe, compassionate space for women seeking recovery and renewal. After nine years of sobriety, Lynsy witnessed firsthand how addiction affects not just individuals, but entire families and communities. This insight, paired with her credentials as an addictions worker, drove her to build Ascend—a platform dedicated to helping women find calmer, softer, more intentional lives. Lynsy is the author of The Sober Mom Reset, a transformative guide that speaks directly to women navigating motherhood, recovery, and personal growth. Through her writing, coaching, and community work, she empowers women to reclaim their strength, rebuild their relationships, and create lives aligned with their values.
